Jake Waldrop is a Co-Founder of Recademics, a founder-owned education company focused on modern outdoor certification courses. He leads strategy and operations, building products that bridge state regulatory requirements with a clean, modern learning experience. Jake has built and scaled multiple businesses across education, regulated, and service-based markets.
Jake is a data-driven executive with experience in marketing, operations, technology, and private equity environments. Before co-founding Recademics, he held senior leadership roles in EdTech and services businesses, where he built scalable go-to-market strategies, led revenue functions, and managed full P&L ownership in regulated categories. His work includes three successful exits, a 10x increase in enterprise value over seven years, and multiple acquisitions as part of growth strategy.
Jake has served as Chief Revenue Officer at 240 Tutoring, Executive Vice President & GM of an outdoors company, and later as a Board Advisor to 240 Tutoring. He is also Co-Owner of Mosaic Way, a multi-location healthcare practice focused on accessible, high-quality outpatient mental healthcare.
