Terms of Use of Online Courses

Enrolling in a Recademics course entitles a customer to enroll in and access an Online Course for a specific certification. Access to your course may be limited to a reasonable duration as laws and regulations change annually. It is your responsibility to complete the course in a timely manner to avoid the course expiring. Customers will be able to view the duration of their course at registration as well as the customer profile. 

No Refunds

Sales of the online course are final, and no refunds will be given.

Acceptance of Terms

The services that Recademics, LLC provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). Please read the following TOU carefully. The website is available to you based on your acceptance of the following conditions without any modification of the terms, conditions and notices outlined on this page. Your use of the website is your acknowledgment that you understand and agree to all such terms, conditions and notices, as may be amended or modified from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website.

Unless otherwise specified, the services are for your personal and non-commercial use as a member of Recademics, LLC you may not, under any circumstances, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the services without prior written authorization from Recademics, LLC

Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Recademics, LLC or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. please do not send any original creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works. the sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Recademics, LLC’s products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Recademics, LLC so, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Recademics, LLC or anyone at Recademics, LLC if, despite our request that you not send us your ideas and materials, you still send them, please understand that Recademics, LLC makes no assurances that your ideas and materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.

No Guarantee and Fees Paid

Recademics, LLC does not guarantee that you will pass certification exams by using the Services contained or purchased on this website. Any fees paid to Recademics, LLC for its Services are non-refundable.

The website and the services, and any content, tools, products or services displayed, accessed or obtained on or through our website and services are provided “as is”, “as available”, and without warranties of any kind, either express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Recademics, LLC and its affiliates, suppliers, and agents do not warrant and expressly disclaim that: (i) your use of our website and/or services and access to and use of all of the tools and features thereon will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, (ii) that any information obtained therein is accurate, reliable or complete, (iii) that defects will be corrected, or (iv) that any software, services, our website or server(s) on which the services and our website are hosted are free of viruses or other harmful components. your use of our website and the services and any information or materials provided on or through our website and services are entirely at your own risk.

Termination

You agree that Recademics, LLC, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (in whole or in part), or use of our website or Services, and remove and discard any content within the our website, at any time and for any reason. You agree that any actions taken under this section may be effective without prior notice to you. In the event of termination, however, those sections in the TOU which provide for continuing obligations on your part shall survive indefinitely.

General Information

The TOU constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and Recademics, LLC and governs your use of our website and the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Recademics, LLC The TOU and the relationship between you and Recademics, LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the county of Denton, in the State of Texas, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. The failure of Recademics, LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOU is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed herefrom and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The section titles in the TOU are for convenience purposes only and have no legal or contractual effect. The TOU are not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with our prior written consent. However, we may assign this Agreement to any third party whom we choose without your consent. No waiver by Recademics, LLC of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
